Australia Wide Shipping
All items are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment and shipped via Australia Post Priority service. Express Post Services are offered and can be selected in the checkout process.
Express Post Delivery services are guaranteed next business day delivery within the Express Post Delivery Network.The Express Post Delivery Network operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres.
Estimated delivery times- Delivery can take between 4-7 business days depending on your location. Please allow the maximum delivery times for remote locations. For all Registered and Express Post services selected a link will be provided to track your item/package online.
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post.
We offer two (2) shipping options for all international orders at flat rate costs.
Estimated delivery times - For international orders estimated delivery times of 20+ business days to metropolitan areas of major cities. Delivery time excludes customs 'if applicable' and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
Customs Fees & V.A.T (Value Added Tax)
Certain countries charge a tax on goods purchased internationally, it is the responsibility of the 'buyer' to cover all customs fees and taxes.

Free shipping is available to all orders over $100 AUD and applies to all Australian residents only with an Australian address.
Free shipping applies to the followig items: Arrow wraps, stabiliser wraps, mugs, mousepads, vanes, glues & decals.
Postage costs paid on orders over $100 will be refunded back to the customer via the same method of payment.
Providing the correct address
In most cases missing or undelivered items are caused by an incorrect address. Providing the wrong address is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We or the postal company used cannot be held responsible for missing items due to an incorrect address.
Undelivered & Lost items in transit
We take extra care in packing and sending all orders promptly. Once the item/s have been shipped out it is in the hands of the shipping carrier to see through delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items as delivery and delivery times is out of our hands. We strongly recommend choosing a shipping option that includes tracking or registered (signature on delivery), to ensure all item/s reach their intended destination.
All items are shipped within two (2) Business Days of receiving cleared payment. However, we aim for a one (1) business day turnaround.
