Australia Wide Shipping

Items are typically despatched within 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post Priority service. Express Post Services are also available and can be chosen during the checkout process.

Express Post next business day delivery is exclusively available within designated networks. Depending on your location, eligibility for next business day delivery is determined by specific postcodes. Express Post next business day delivery may be available to the below postcodes. Below are the postcodes obtained from the Australia Post website.

Estimated delivery times vary, typically ranging from 4-7 business days depending on your location. Please allow for maximum delivery times in remote areas. For all Registered and Express Post services selected, a tracking link will be provided to monitor your item/package online.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped using Australia Post. We provide two (2) shipping options for international orders, both at flat-rate costs.

Estimated Delivery Times: For international orders, estimated delivery times are 20+ business days to metropolitan areas of major cities. Delivery times do not account for customs (if applicable) and may be subject to delays beyond Australia Post's control.

Shipping Fees: Our shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment.

Customs Fees & VAT (Value Added Tax): Certain countries impose taxes on internationally purchased goods. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover all customs fees and taxes. Please consult your local customs office for detailed information on fees and taxes applicable in your country.

Free Shipping Australia wide. 

We offer free shipping on all Arrow Wraps orders exceeding $100 AUD. This offer applies to all customers with an Australian address. Postage costs for orders over $100 will be reimbursed via the original payment method upon order dispatch.

Incorrect shipping address

In most cases, missing or undelivered items are due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is provided. Neither we nor the postal company used can be held responsible for missing items caused by an incorrect address.

Undelivered & Lost items in transit

We take meticulous care in packing and promptly despatching all orders. Once shipped, the responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier. We regretfully cannot be held liable for lost or undelivered items, as delivery times are beyond our control. For added security, we highly recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking or registered mail (signature on delivery) to ensure safe arrival of all items to their intended destination.
