A majority of our products are made to order, all of our printed products are also made to order. We strongly advise to carefully check your order and that all the information is correct. Once the order has been accepted and the goods have been printed we cannot exchange or accept returns. We do not offer refunds or replace items for change of mind purchases.
Once an order is placed and paid for in full, we instantly make preparations to fullfill this order. We allow a two (2) business day turnaround for all orders (except 4Life Wrist Slings) to be completed and shipped out. However, we aim to complete and ship all orders out within one (1) business day. We strive for a fast turn around and post out items every business day of the week. (Monday to Friday, unless otherwise stated).

Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase. Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the item and is calculated based on the price structure of Austalia Post. These costs are subject to change at any time.
Shipping costs cover the packaging, envelope, satchel, bubble wrap, cardboard, sticky tape, packing material and time it takes to prepare and pack your item.
If in the event our postage costs have exceeded the price for shipping and handling, we will return the difference back to the customer.
Free shipping for orders over $100 Australia Wide only. Must have an Australian address. Regular mail with signature on delivery.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail.
All International orders are shipped via standard air mail with additional options for tracking and/or signature on delivery depending on country of destination.
Please be aware certain countries charge Customs fees, import duties and taxes on items purchased internationally. These fees and charges are to be covered by the customer. All product prices on this website do not cover customs fees, import duties or country government taxes.
In most cases missing or undelivered items are caused by an incorrect address. Providing the wrong address is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We or the postal company cannot be held responsible for missing items due to an incorrect address. Ensure to update your registration details when these change.
We take extra care in packing and sending all orders promptly. Once the item/s have been shipped out it is the responsibllity of the shipping company to see through delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items as delivery and delivery times is out of our hands. We strongly recommend choosing a Registered Delivery method to ensure your item/s reach their intended destination.
All items are shipped within two (2) Business Days of receiving cleared payment. However, we aim for a one (1) business day turnaround.

* In the event of any unforeseen errors made by us such as incorrect size, colour, design and quantity shipped out to the buyer. We will endeavour to quickly rectify and resolve our error by correcting the size, colour, design and quantity at our expense. However we need the + of the buyer to return (ship) the incorrect size, colour, design (item/s) back to us. We will reimburse the cost of shipping to the buyer in the case of this event only. In most cases we will send the correct item to the buyer with a stamped, self addressed envelope for the return of the incorrect item. (applies to all arrow wraps only)
In the case of this event all returns are to be made within 7 days of delivery of item/s.
Item/s must be in the original condition as it was shipped out (re-saleable) and sent back to us the same way it was delivered.
In the case of any refunds these will be returned via the same method as the payment was made.
